Amélie Delaroche, Deputy Permanent Representative [fr]
Amélie Delaroche was appointed Deputy Permanent Representative of France to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva in September 2018.
Previously, Amélie Delaroche was Counsellor at the Permanent Representation of France to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Vienna from 2014 to 2018. Between 2011 and 2014, she was based in the Central Administration, Continental Europe Division, Russia and Eastern Europe Sub-Directorate.
Before joining the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Amélie Delaroche worked for 4 years in the International Affairs Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development.
Amélie Delaroche graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and she holds a Master II degree in international law. She speaks English, German, Russian and Spanish.
